Manchester, Ct Quint 1 and Engine 4 members work at this MVA rollover with fire. This accident occured at 331 Bush Hill Rd on 7/4/09 at 1344 hours. Vehicle struck and broke a utility pole then rolled over knocking wires to the ground in the process. Driver self extricated prior to my arrival which was before the fire department arrived. FD members had to wait for the power company to arrive before extingushing the fire due to the downed power lines. Foam was needed to put the fire out due to gasoline leaking from the tank.
